Quality Assurance Laboratory |

The Quality Assurance (QA) laboratory is
housed
in the Plant & is spread over an area of
500 sq. feet.

The QA laboratory has wet & dry analytical
facilities for the verification of Raw & Packing
Materials, and Products manufactured.
-
Various in-process checks ensure that the
processes are under control.
-
The S.Q.C (Statistical Quality Control) program
is
an effective tool implemented to determine our
Process Capabilities (CpK values) as well as
Control Charting for the purpose of the Process
Monitoring.
-
Validation & calibration of all instruments
are
done at set intervals.

R & D Laboratory |

| |
The R & D
lab is well-equipped & has separate areas for dry & wet
analysis. The lab consists of 2 main sections :
- Process Development Lab
- Kilo lab for scale up reactions.
We can conduct reactions upto -70° C or 350° C, under
vacuum or pressure.
The in-house library is well stocked and the organisation has
access to the technical library in Ankleshwar as well as the comprehensive
Library of the Premier organisation for Chemical technology -
the U.I.C.T
( University Institute of Chemical Technology - formerly known
as UDCT ) in Mumbai.
