The company has well qualified team of organic chemists, analytical chemists & chemical engineers to translate ideas (innovations) from gram scale to kilo to multi kilo level of production. Regular meetings & discussions form a part of the internal Continuing Professional Development & Training programme.

• Safety is an integral part of our operations. Besides following the system of work
  permits & use of PPE, the organisation is also a member of the Disaster
  Management & Prevention Center (DPMC) which holds training courses regularly.

• Our personnel are encouraged to attend these programs in addition to various In-
  house trainings arranged at site. Medical check ups at regular intervals are
  executed to monitor the health and well being of the personnel.

• The organisation is a member of the authorised Common Effluent Treatment
  Plant, Solid Waste Disposal agency as well as incineration facility. Finornic is committed to minimizing the deleterious effect on the environment associated with chemical manufacturers. We encourage use of environment friendly packaging.
