	Company has set up an in-house R & D Lab to develop process for synthesis of organic molecules. Dr. R. Subramanian heads this department as a Consultant. Strong theoretical organic chemistry background is helping us to undertake and address most of the customer requirements. Besides it’s strong presence in Heterocyclic chemistry, it can undertake synthesis of any desired compound required in gram to kilo to multi-kilo levels. It has the basic facility to address most of the organic reactions. The key factor for any organisation to choose a research destination / partner is speed, but obviously not at the cost of Quality - ‘Finornic’ can give assurance on this. The Company has potential to address Contract Research synthesis programme. Finornic by using innovative synthesis strategies and advanced techniques is looking to provide it’s customers efficient and fast synthesis to significantly reduce research costs and drug delivery time. It is associated with some of the leading pharmaceutical companies overseas and has completed many projects successfully.

	Custom Synthesis + Process development

	Custom Synthesis projects begin with a customer's requirement for a specific organic molecule. The project starts with a basic literature search to devise a route of synthesis or based on literature or information already available with the customer. As a part of process development we attempt to devise an efficient scheme for synthesis if the requirement is in large quantities. For smaller quantities, process optimization is not undertaken to enable quicker & faster delivery of the target molecule. Once the product is developed & validated by the customer, the process is fixed & synthesis is started. We can prepare material from gram level to kilo level & upto 100 kg lots in production after conducting proper scale up studies in our multipurpose versatile facility. Finornic guarantees complete secrecy of projects developed & if required can enter into confidential agreements. Projects developed under such agreements are not advertised or listed in any of our catalogues (mentioned in our product list). Our capabilities in organic chemistry enable us to design multistep synthesis and achieve final results at an affordable price. 	Speciality chemical companies dealing in applied or advanced chemistry or Pharmaceutical industries require rare or unknown chemicals in small quantities. Alternatively, they may be interested in developing processes requiring extensive literature search and evidence of actual synthesis. In such cases where the outcome may or may not be tangible or outcome is unsuccessful, we can work with our customer for a fixed period or on basis of milestones. Confidentiality and secrecy agreements can be signed and all work conducted can be the customers property. We work and quote on a "best effort" basis. We continually develop new methodologies & design new processes & appreciate any suggestions & inquiries about products we can offer or you require.
